​​I had the pleasure of working with the Universal Creative Project Team, UO Parks Technology, App Development Team, Marketing, Legal, and Operations group to create Virtual Line™ for the opening of Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon™ at Universal Studios Florida™.

With the launch of Virtual Line™ I was honored to debut my first Blog Article for Universal Orlando Resort™ giving a step-by-step on how to receive an electronic Virtual Line™ Pass for our guests. I continue to work and develop Virtual Line™ as the Operations Product Owner of the system.
