This project was released while I was part of the New Attraction Development Team at Universal Orlando Resort™.

​By far the most ambitious project I’ve worked on to date, I was on the project team of Virtual Line™ a way for guests to maximize their day in the Universal Parks & Resorts™ properties, and select a return time to return to the venue all done digitally via kiosks or the official app. I oversaw architecture, hardware and software development for the Operations group, and still oversee development and enhancement work for all Universal Parks & Resorts™ locations around the world.
